    If you're looking for actual full coverage, these are a winner. I love wearing these with my high waisted leggings. My cheeks do not hang out of them at all. The fabric is soft and they didn't seem to shrink in the dryer at all. The inner elastic part of waistband is about 1/2 inch thick. I would say order your normal size. They are true to size, at least for me.
