Nice looking chair. Assembly instructions in English...no, wait a minute...their are no written instructions, just an assembly instruction diagram in Chinese as everything is so small and hard to identify by looking at diagram. It may appear you have everything in right order, but you'll never know! First photo, %231 of instructions, is to assemble the wheels to the base. Easy enough. Once assembled, the wheels glide beautifully along the tile floor. There is a uneven metal part (hinge) in section 4 that holds the upper portion with the lower seat. However, no instructions on which direction that part applies. The diagram, as stated previously is so small, you can't figure out by looking at, the correct method of application. Now, I think I have it correctly, but I'm not sure. Reason: the wheels no longer glide along the floor like they did on there own. There stiff, and it takes effort to move the chair. I don't know if that's from me not putting it together correctly, or a flaw in the craftsmanship of the parts. I'll never know because there is no customer support for this product. When you fill out a form to reach the seller, it always comes up with a message, "We are having technical difficulties, please try again later." For three weeks, same message? Obviously, based upon my experience and other reviews and Walmart's own admission, there is no contact with the seller. You make your own determination if you want this product without any recourse.
