This is my go-to tomyum paste. So to make thai tomyum- my recipe 1) add tsp according to cups of water. 3tbsp - 3 cup of water 2) add lemongrass, lime leaves, lemon juice, chilies 3) bring this to simmer 4) add sugar, salt, chili powder, thai paste ( from ralphs ) 5) add ur meat and veggies Done! I make it every once a month bc my family loves it. You have to try
