I was dubious about purchasing this pedal exerciser, but now I just wish I'd gotten it months ago! With the remote, I can turn it on and choose speeds or work-out routines while sitting in my chair. It won't replace walking as an exercise, but it does get my legs moving and the feeling that my buns are spreading. My doctor says the low=impact exercise I get with this gizmo is enough to start working sleepy muscles and really is a great way to get the blood circulating.
