This product by World Traveler is guaranteed against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of One year starting from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that this product is defective, World Traveler, at its discretion, will fix or replace this product with the same or similar product. This warranty does not cover any accidental damage from misuse, neglect, or abuse, normal wear, and tear to body, wheels, handles and other moving parts, third party mishandling (including but not limited to airline and hotels), damage during transport or damage during extreme conditions. If a combination lock is provided, this warranty does not cover the inability to remember the lock’s combination. This warranty applies only to the first purchaser of this product in the continental U.S. For warranty service, please write to customersupport@ecworldimports.com When contacting us, proof of purchase is required along with images showing the issue of the item and a brief explanation of how the problem occurred. If a warranty claim is approved, the warranty claimer is responsible for providing a $40.00 flat fee to cover shipping and handling.
