Great for hip thrusts

I just received this box today. The only reason I bought this was to do hip thrusts, and it is perfect for that. Other reviews say it's too hard, I think it is just right. It is large enough to not slide around while doing hip thrusts. If you bought a 12" soft plyo box for jumps, it would work well for that too. You won't regret buying this if you want to comfortably do hip thrusts in your home gym.

Excellent!

I love these for step ups. Firm but soft enough to help with some proprioception work! I bought them intending to use as atlas stone crash pads. Great product!

A little unstable high stack but overall great product I’ll be ordering another set. Recommend landing a bit more centered vs on edge of box when you jump.
