NON-Oscillating Fan
This fan was easy to assemble. The problem I encountered with this fan: the oscillation function did not work. The rod seems to be loose and never makes contact with the part inside to enable the oscillation. This issue lowered the rating. For the intended purpose I purchased the fan for the oscillation function is not required so I kept it. As a non-oscillating fan it is working just fine.
