Complications with customer support
The chair arrived and was missing the instructions. The massage function or remote was malfunctioning. Currently still waiting on Killns to send another. Everytime I email them I keep being told I'll be updated , meanwhile the return policy date is approaching and I'm not being updated about the remote to see if the defect is that or the chair itself. I can't utilize the chair due to voiding a potential return policy which requires the chair to be in new condition. This was an expensive gift purchased for me and have not been able to enjoy it and I've had it since September 17th. I'm highly disappointment and frustrated.
