Don't waster your money

Have had it for 4 months, it had done great. Suddenly, it's leaking from the both and making a horrible grinding noise at times. And I can't call about the warranty because I can't find the serial number anywhere on the outside or bottom of the machine.

The first one I received worked for about two hours, and stopped working making a really horrible sound. I returned it received my second one this one lasted about a week maybe a week and a half started doing the same thing returned it for a full refund when the first one broke, I said stuff happened sometimes Second one broke, I said hey, don't ever buy this one again.

Leaking product

Bought originally in the clearance aisle. It leaked everywhere. I like the ice it produces, so I ordered a new one. Very excited, but you are supposed to let it sit for a day, so I did. Filled the machine and followed all instructions. checked that the drain plug was in place. it still leaked everywhere.
