terrible quality

I returned this to the store for a refund. The colors were nothing like what is shown, the woven area of the rug looks nothing like the pictures. This used to be the best company to buy rugs from. The pictures in this ad are from their old rugs which were wonderful. These new rugs are really awful. The colors are terrible, the nap on the rugs is shiny, flimsy and cheap looking.

don't waste your time

this used to be the best rug company. Now they're not any better than Dollar General rugs. I sent it back. It did not match the colors in the picture, nor was the weave of the rug the same as what was shown. They used old photos of their rugs before they changed how they make them. I've tried several rugs from this company in the last couple of months. I sent every one of them back. There's nothing but that sparse, flimsy polyester fiber, that's slick and shiny.
