Careless packing results in smashed goods.

Twelve clay pots, nested in stacks of six and wrapped in only a thin layer of clear plastic, we placed in a large box with a tiny bit of bubble wrap on top. Needless to say, because anybody with one ounce of common sense would know, they arrived smashed in pieces. Walmart's third-party vendors need some serious coaching on e-retailing which by definition involves rough shipping.

2 of the 12 pots were broken completely. My recommendation is never order andything like this. Go to local store or garden center.
