Sharp silver blade came out first use. Dangerous

Sharp silver blade came out first time using it. the blade is very narrow and not held in by the screws , was in the grooves of the red piece, poor design . Got cut picking the blade up. Contacted seller . asked for replacement or refund. ( not sure replacement will not have the same issue) , they wanted a picture , ridiculous to risk injury for an 11.00 item with the sharp blade , trying to position it to take a picture . Have not heard back from this seller.
