Excited

I was so excited when I found this chair. It is exactly what I've been looking for. In fact, I was afraid the only direction it could go was down. The quality of the build is terrific. Delivery and item were flawless and much earlier than expected. The chair sits firm, but comfortable. The upholstery is very well done, tufting looks impeccable. Welt cord is nearly perfect, a bit more forward on one of the arms compared to the other but does not detract. The chair is spacious allowing you to really feel a sense of personal domain. At the same time it commands attention and can be the focus of your space. Love the nail heads, individual and neatly placed. Genuinely can't say enough, love it!

Awesome chairs

I bought 2 of these chairs. The assembly was so simple. All we had to do was screw in the stand. One of the chairs had issue and customer care was so helpful and on top of it till my concerns were addressed. Very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend to all my friends

Quality tufting

I love the two armchairs I got for my room. They are comfortable, inviting and very good quality. At first the smell was a little bit strong (maybe they were in storage for a while) but now they’re are good. they look fantastic in front of my fireplace in my bedroom. what I don’t like as much is the legs but that can be changed. (Colour is too light) , the velvet is very good quality and the tufting too.
