Q1: Can you wear it without a bra?
A: YES! I have a 36DD bust and it keeps the girls firmly in place without the discomfort of a bra! I did remove the inserts. I just wear petals under it! I love it! It has removable pads, so you probably can if you don’t need a lot of support.

Q2: Does it smash your chest or cause "uniboob"?
A: There is some separation but it depends on what you want/need. It isn’t an underwire bra with cups. So, of course, you aren’t getting that. I am a size c and it does not smash them down. The material stretches and fits very comfortable. That being said it does a great job at holding in my fat areas to make me look nice and smooth like I want.

Q3: Is it suitable for spring and summer? Do you feel hot in it?
A: I was not hot in it, this was exactly what I was looking for! Not too tight but stretch enough to keep body slimming. The material is comfortable and breathable. Sometimes I wear this shaper top as a shirt in public or at home, not too hot at all.
