oh, the joy of this chair !!!....assembly took a little while because i am sometimes challenged by being left handed but then it all came together.....i love it !!!...well balanced and very comfortable....i looked at lots of chairs before ordering this and am so glad i waited !!....it fits me like it was made just for me !!!...and as for the tip from the manufacturer, using the box as a platform for assembly.....genius !!...thanks for your customer service which is always a pleasure to work with....
