Back Pain Relief!

These massage balls work better than I hoped! You can roll with your hands or against a wall to massage muscles. My back and shoulders felt so much better after using one of these. It really alleviated my back pain. My daughter tried them as well and said they worked wonders for her tight shoulders. They each have a different hardness, so you can really customize how deep they go.

Not my favorite product.

I was hoping the variety of firmness in this set would be helpful but I found a tennis ball more useable. I am not happy with the purchase as these alleged massage balls are hard as a rock which would have been cheaper in the long run because they are useless to me. Even the texture is unfriendly for body work.
