[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Albolene before I work out. I use enough to saturate my stomach and lower back with some clear cling wrap and my waist trimmer. It increases sweating for a toner waist line. It works great with every workout. From a week use of 3x a week workout, my waistline has decreased and one belt loop tighter.
