Much easier on your nails ! Just be sure your hands are warm when you apply the shields then be careful not to get your hands in too hot of water after that. I usually do my dishes in very hot water, I have changed to warm water as the very hot water makes the nails want to come off. I have had my polish on for 1 1/2 wks now and still doing well ! It's a learning curve though.
