Purchased for a senior, the peddle-assist is a wonderful safety feature!!! And it only goes 20mph that it can be allowed on regular bike trails. The frame is well built and a beautiful shade of gray, with a comfortable wide saddle. This is a nice value priced bike and time will tell if the battery will last.

Walmart said that getting my order 3 days late was all FedEx I was told each day that it was coming on that day. I stayed home each day because They FedEx said I had be home for delivery. I stayed home for 3 days waiting for my bike to come. when it finally did come. FedEx left it at my door. I didn't have to be home FedEx just left at my door. I hope the bike is a nice bike. then at least all my time that was wasted will have been for something. I have no doubt it's going to be everything I hope for. I order everything from Walmart from cleaning supplies to all my groceries. I have always had nothing but good things to say about Walmart. FedEx is a different story

The company that we are being sent to through the book is not customer nice. The girl who seems to be the only one who works there. Has you jump through hoops for no reason. In order to figure out what the issue is or what part you may or may not need.
