I have been drinking these to ensure I get all my vitamins %26 minerals while I’m going thru my chemotherapy. It really helps on days that my appetite is vain. I sometimes use it as a substitute for milk in my smoothies. Taste is great. I keep frozen strawberries in the freezer when I want the flavor to burst in my mouth.
