So good that I bought two!

I recently bought my wife a conversion van. You know, the type where a handicapped person can enter the van while seated in a wheelchair by means of a ramp. All the time she had insisted that I obtain a wheelchair for myself, but I am not handicapped, so I got the Scout Spitfire for her to use. Then, one day I needed to go to a doctors appointment at a large medical facility on a military base. In my experience, walking all the way from the parking lot to the doctors office was painful, because I have back problems. So, I used my wifes Scout. What a relief! I liked it so much, that I ordered another one for myself. One reason I decided to get a second one is that it is easy to disassemble and place in the bed of my pickup truck.

Performs better than expected

This arrived for my father this afternoon. Very simple to put together. Just took it for its first test run and was really impressed(and surprised) how it could actually get up our driveway. He has his freedom back, no longer confined to being close to the house. The drive lock and release lever was very easy to find, not sure if this is due to others saying it was easy to miss this step.

Lives up to what they say

Bought this for my wife, so she could get out around the neighbor hood and she loves it. Her only complaint is the wheels are hard so riding on the sidewalk can be hard on her (she only weighs 114 lbs). It goes up to app 4 miles per hour which is fast enough but not to fast and it was easy to adjust it to her. We plan on taking it to Disney and give it a real test which I am sure it will pass. I am hoping they come out with softer wheels you can buy I would be first in line.
