My only disappointment was the rear basket was not included, and there wasn't an option to buy it separately. I am very happy with this product. I am enjoying my mobility with the multi-Terrain E-Scooter.

My likes and dislikes, and over all opinion .

I like the large air filled tires in front . I didn't care much for the bike seat so I ordered the big seat. I wish I had bought this as my first scooter. If I ever need a new one , It will be another one of these .

You get what you pay for

This is a fast little scooter and much lighter than my day to day one. The battery lasts long enough for what I needed and charges fast. It's compact when folded (even though hard to latch and unlatch at times. Unfortunately, there are more negatives than positive to this model. The turning radius is horrible. It takes a 50 point turn to get around something. The tires were almost impossible to fill as the valves were very difficult to get to. The pump that comes with the scooter did not the valves. Occasionally the scooter would go in the opposite direction of the setting it was on - forward instead of backwards and vice versa. It also came damaged and scratched up. The basket is useless so I bought my own. I DO NOT recommend this product. Wish I had the means to buy a better one at the time.
