Update So I have a feeling Walmart wasn’t doing a great job of trying to get with the seller on my behalf as both times I send the request I never got anything from Walmart. It seemed as soon as the seller saw I had an issue by my review they went right to work, the reached out to me and shipped the piece out immediately. I received it yesterday and unfortunately there was a misunderstanding of what was missing. I needed the piece for bottom band and they send one for the top. I emailed right away and they got back to me as soon as they saw it (time difference). The told me to keep what they sent and they refunded me enough to she able to buy a replacement piece through Walmart to avoid delays in shipping. I’ve only talked to a couple sellers here, but their communication was amazing and they did everything they could do to make it right and make sure I was happy. I would absolutely buy from them again and recommend them as a seller. And like I said in the review I do really like the bike and can’t wait for the piece to arrive tomorrow so I can use the bands as well. So, the bike itself is nice enough. I like that it easily folds for storage. Only problem is when you have the seat on the lowest height the bike cannot fold completely. The measures of distance, time, pulse, calories burnt and speed seem accurate. The arm resistance bands are nice to be able to use while pedaling. It does have “wheels”, but I find they don’t help much, feel like I am dragging the bike to put it up. If I was reviewing solely the bike, for its cost I would go 3-3.5 stars. My disappointment comes with the seller. I am missing the ankle strap, so I cannot use the leg bands. I have reached out, 3 times now and have waited patiently for no one to contact me or send me the missing part. I had 3 bikes in mind and the ONLY reason I decided on this one was because it had both arm and leg bands. So I am obviously upset and wish I would’ve went with my other option. I hate giving not great reviews but I feel I have been patient and waited long enough for them to contact me and they have not. I know an ankle strap isn’t that big of a deal, but that’s even more the reason it should be an easy fix for them and I shouldn’t have to spend anymore money to buy a strap myself. So overall it’s a nice bike, but there are plenty of nice bikes on here, and at this time I can’t recommend this seller. I mean, what if your missing a pedal in yours, are you even gonna get it Idk, I am still holding out some hope that maybe the message wasn’t relayed to them or something and I will update if/when they contact or send the piece.
