Bad customer service
The chair arrived at 8:00 am Saturday unexpected. It was supposed to arrive 5 days later. I had to figure out how to get the 250Lb chair up the steps and inside. I put it together and it did not work. They said a replacement remote control would fix it. It did not. Now I have to ship it back, and it is very heavy. The remote arrived after 4 days. It should have traveled the 400 miles faster than that. I told them there are failure codes on the remote, but they were not interested. There is no option for a repair man.
