3 Replaced Pumps!!
We are waiting on our third Avalon pump if they will send it, it's now out of warranty. This is all for a brand new home. They are duds. I'm guessing the reviews that are giving it a thumbs up just really got lucky. Read all of these negative reviews, they are true! It was recommended to us by the showroom salesman. Of course now our builder knows not to use these again!!

Heed the other reviews. Mine has been running avoid 6 months. Pump went bad. I'll be wasting time dealing with warranty work now. It is also very loud. Not a little bit loud, very loud.
