- Our 4-ounce veal cutlets are a crowd favorite. Each cutlet is hand-selected and pounded just right for the perfect dish. Available both unbreaded and breaded, both variations are versatile with a subtle flavor perfect for sauces, spices and a wide variety of preparations. - Each veal cutlet is individually flash frozen to lock in flavor and juices. Flash freezing uses cold temperatures to maintain freshness, preserve nutrients and protect the product from external impurities.
- The unbreaded veal cutlets are vacuum sealed in packs of two. The breaded veal cutlets are in a sealed bag. With both variations, take out the number of cutlets you need for the meal and thaw in the refrigerator (or you put in a bag in cold water if you need to thaw more quickly).
- The cows are humanely raised on American family cooperatives using best practices.
- PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost and lightly flour and sauté for approximately 2 minutes on each side. Best suited for the oven, cast iron skillet, or grill. Stove Top: Heat a small amount of oil in a heavy, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add cutlets; cook 3 to 4 minutes (1/8″ thick) or 5 to 6 minutes (1/4″ thick), turning once. Remove and serve immediately.

These were pretty much perfect. Packaged two per sealed bag so easy to thaw only what you need / no mess. I had >5 lbs - 17 cutlets so one was packaged by itself. Delicious. Loved it fried as schnitzel (pound, bread, fridge, fry). Husband tried to eat mine (no means no). Also great in a mushroom gravy. Will buy again.
