To Clean Nipples: Boil nipples for 5 minutes before first use. After each use, wash in hot soapy water for about one minute and rinse thoroughly. Dishwasher safe, top rack only.

This is the best bottle nipple I used, it simulates the breast much better than others and is much easier for my baby to grab when is eating, in my opinion is just the perfect shape

Love it
Solved issues I had with the standard nipple. Less milk running down his chin and had less gas. They do have a yellowish discoloring as other reviews said the same, but doesn't seem to change the quality. I would highly recommend!
