Even when the intensity of an exercise is increased, the Self-locking Adjuster will keep the CanDo tubing and bands firmly secure. By either increasing or decreasing the length of the CanDo tubing and bands, the Self-locking Adjuster will automatically regulate the level of resistance during a resistance exercise regimen. Easily change the length of your tubing by sliding the tube in and out of the locking mechanism.
