These are rock solid. I flipped my mounts around and upside so the retaining screw is up top, but gives me further “outwardness” on my window trim. Literally EVERY single Window Has this curtain rod. (Except the bathroom, naturally, cuz it'd get wet from the shower). Absolutely a dang good buy for the money.

Good basic curtain rod. Ended up buying another because I liked the first one and had another window to do. Came with good hardware. I liked the drywall screws but be sure to pre-drill the holes that the instructions say to do.
