The Walmart return and cancellation system is broken. I received notice that I did not return all items so my account was credited. First of all Unbeatable (third party) sent me a coffee maker that did not work. After an ordeal that has taken 4 months (Oct. 2023) , this matter has not been settled. I sent everything back to Unbeatable that was packaged to me in January 2024. Here it is March 2024 and Walmart is telling me everything that was packaged to me was not returned. I have no reason to keep anything! This experience has been Ludacris and petty!!!!!
