Instructions

Simply flex the metal heat activator and watch as the inner fluid begins to crystallize. Once your pack has started heating, it is ready for hours of long-lasting therapeutic warmth. When you are finished, place your heat pack in a pan of rapidly boiling water. Place a rag between the bottom of the pan and the hot pack. Keep it in the pot until the crystals completely dissolve - about 20 - 25 minutes - then simmer for 10. Remove the heat pack and allow it to cool to room temperature before your next use.
