Deliver was a disaster! It came in 4 different boxes that were delivered 1 week apart. When I finally received all of the boxes, I started putting it together. Assembly should have been simple but some of the pieces were bent so easy is the last word that I would use. After 2.5 hrs I finally got it together. The couch is firm, but I'm hoping it softens over time.
