After 20 plus years using my old Atlas hand crank pasta maker, I decided to get a new one. This rolls more tightly and smoothly. I'll mainly use it for making ravioli as I have a mold for that so I didn't need the spaghetti and fettucine cutter attachment. I wish the dial setting rotated more smoothly but one gets used to how it functions.
