Smooth to use and easy to clean

Order this on a sale and I can tell you I would have gladly paid full price. It runs so smooth and is easy to clean. We have used this 5 times already and haven't had any issues yet. We had 2 pasta makers (different brands) previously and while researching for a news one, we read that the Atlas was the most recommended and can full agree it's the best pasta maker we have ever used. One small detail that makes me so happy is that the clamp extends farther than most pasta maker clamps. Our previous makers didn't fit on our table and BARELY fit on our counter top.

Absolutely beautiful pasta maker, the red color is just gorgeous and the build is fantastic, super smooth and easy to use on even very stiff pasta dough. More width settings than other brands and the pasta can be rolled super thin. Marcato also makes many more cutting attachments than competitors.
