    Pasta Fresca

As we are an Italian family, tradition of fresh pasta is very strong, and is always great to have a plate of pasta fresca on Sunday.I have tried by now with a small piece of simple pasta (flour and water) and it was not even perfect as I wanted to clean the machine first,so that pasta goes to the garbage. And to my surprise it worked so well, even on the second and third thickness mode is coming out so thing with no effort.I have tried the tagliatelle and vermicelli mode and it worked very well even with my soft dough, with the more strong willwotk even better. As for the cervice,I'm very happy, have ordered this and other item and got it earlier than was supposed to in our Walmart supercenter(Doral) even with lots of people they did t make me wait too long,Pasta machine was new(not a returned item) packed in the original box plus brown box and plastic.Machine is in a Perfect and working condition. For the money I have paid,I'm happy with the purchase, now my life got a bit easier with this machine and I advice it for purchase.onthe photo you see pasta Fresca that is called sagne torte and they are from Puglia region of Italy.Eaten with simple sugo al pomodoro(for this sauce I reccomend tomato purée by brand Pomí,as well sold in wallmart)the utensil used to cut pasta was from the same order by Cake boss.

    Works great

I purchased this for my clay projects luv it yeahhhh would buy again for sure

    No more Prince Spaghetti Day!

I received this pasta maker as a gift from my mother and I am very pleased with it! It is very sturdy and put together well from what I can tell. The first time you use it you are supposed to run a batch of dough through it to remove the excess oil from the manufacturing process, which I did. The second batch of dough I put through made beautiful spaghetti! I watched some videos on youtube and they helped me with the technique a bit. You want to make sure your dough is not wet. It takes some doing to knead. Make sure you have flour handy to dust the pasta sheet each time before you run it through the machine. It might take a bit of practice but it is well worth it and the pasta is very delicious!

Very helpful, however broke after 2 months

I have been sing pasta machines since 80s. This machine worked fine but broke after 2 months.

    Easy to use

I had heard that some don't hold down to the counter with the clamp. I had NO PROBLEM, it stayed firm and didn't move around with use. If any problem occurs with this machine, it will be the users problem, not the unit. It is SO worth it to make pasta, and be comfortable knowing exactly what went into it. Then there's the superior taste.....totally worth the minimal effort.

    Having fun making pasta.

I love using the pasta machine. My grandchildren get a big kick out of turning the handle and seeing the dough become "macaroni". I had a machine years ago (lost it in a house fire) and finally replaced it. Being Italian means lots of pasta :) :)

Easy to use and does a great job

I really like this little machine. It makes rolling out pasta quick and easy. I did need to adjust my recipe to make it a little stiffer so my noodles weren't too thin. The only drawback is that it can't be immersed in water. I would highly recommend this product.
Easy to use but I wish that the lever inn it for changing the hen size of the pasta would be better Quality because it is very flimsy.

Great price for a pasta maker

Have only used it once, but totally successfully. It is very easy to use, and is much less expensive than any other pasta maker I've ever seen. The result was a good meal tonight.

Nice pasta machine for the money.

The Origins pasta machine does a nice job rolling out the dough as well as cutting the pasta into fettuccine and thin spaghetti. I have only made one batch of pasta so far and I was pleased with the results. I only have one negative comment - the clamp which attaches the machine to the counter top doesn't seem to go into the machine far enough. As a result the clamp falls off which then causes the machine to come loose from the counter top. This could be user error since I have only used it once. I'll have to play with it some more to see it I am doing something wrong.
