Our 60-day Manufacturer Warranty covers defects exclusively, while normal wear and tear is not included. Any visible damages not reported at the time of delivery will be considered as customer damage and will not be eligible for warranty coverage. To initiate a return, the items must be in new or unused condition and accompanied by the original manufacturer's packaging. We conduct thorough inspections upon receiving returns and regretfully cannot accept worn, soiled, or stained merchandise.
