Cheap Furniture But Excellent Hayneedle Customer Service

Unfortunately, the dresser was damaged in transit due to very poor packaging from the vendor, ACME furniture. We had to return it. We could tell from the damage that the dresser was not well made. That said, the customer service we received from Hayneedle was EXCELLENT! They arranged for a prompt pick-up of the merchandise, and generated a refund right away! I would order from Hayneedle again, and give them five stars for Customer Service, but I would not order anything made by ACME furniture.

Highly disappointed.

Product arrived broken. I can pay to have it fixed locally to avoid the hassle of sending back and was very disappointed with the response I received from the company.
