ACME Naima Wood 6-Drawers Bedroom Chest in White

Loved the way they looked online read the 2 reviews but figured maybe the delivery guy was rough with the delivery I ordered 2 of them and whenever I opened the boxes I was in shock. They were both broken it was the biggest disappointment. I'm not talking a little crack or scratch on one of them the whole side was broken off. I returned them back to my local Walmart and I am waiting for my refund to go back on the card. It's so sad that Walmart is selling broken furniture to people. I would have rather put it together instead of it coming built.

Unfortunately, the dresser was damaged in transit due to very poor packaging from the vendor, ACME furniture. We had to return it. We could tell from the damage that the dresser was not well made. That said, the customer service we received from Hayneedle was EXCELLENT! They arranged for a prompt pick-up of the merchandise, and generated a refund right away! I would order from Hayneedle again, and give them five stars for Customer Service, but I would not order anything made by ACME furniture.
