Poor quality product, poor customer service

This item arrived with a large dent in the back of it. When I reached out to the company, they requested pictures, which I provided. Then they wanted part numbers, which I did not have since it arrived assembled. The manual also did not provide the part numbers. My husband ended up fixing it by purchasing another back panel. He also had to take drawers out because they would not open. Needless to say, the company has quit responding to my emails and we are stuck with a very costly piece of junk that cannot be returned to the store. Very disappointing.
