[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a hard no slip rubber ball. It is about 3” and a circumference of 10 1/4”. If you lean up against the wall and put the ball behind your back you can maneuver it around where the knots along your shoulder blades tend to be. I found while sitting in my chair I can maneuver it around on the top of my back to get to the top around your neck area. It certainly helps to work some of those tense muscles and knots out.

I can put it between myself and the wall and lean into it and use it to massage between my shoulder blades, my hip or lower back. The knobs work well for kneading the muscles, and the density gives a nice feel to it.
