Cat is safe, I don't worry

We live on a busy street and our kitty is an escape artist. We need to leave the dog door open for the labs but the cat learned how to use it easily. She wears her collar during the day, we close the dog door at night and the collar comes off. She is 9 years old and still with us! Batteries in the collar get changed every 2 months peace of mind.
