I TRIED TO GIVE LESS THAN 5 STARS FOR THIS REVIEW, BUT I COULD NOT CONTINUE TO HERE UNTIL I RATED THE PURCHASE 5 STARS !!!!! We contacted costway just as we set it up. A vital piece to keep the glass from breaking and one of the back cushions was screwed up and would only open ½ way. Immediately I got a response that the glass part would take "awhile" it had to come from the manufacturer. I got a response from a different person with an excuse about the cushion. EVERY TIME I TRY TO RESPOND TO THE SAME EMAIL I GET UNDELIVERABLE!! I ASKED HOW TO RETURN IT - Undeliverable!!
