I've only had it for a few weeks, so I can't speak to longevity. And it hasn't gotten cold out yet, so I can't say how well it holds up over winter. So far, I love it though. It was easy to set up. I wiiI had put more effort into straightening it out, because it does have a big wringle across the middle. I did it alone though, so imat least it was easy enough to do alone. It heats up easily and the bubbles are much more then I expected since they aren't jets like in a normal hot tub. I've made a little oasis around it, including putting up a privacy fence. I am very glad I took the plunge and made the purchase. I recommend putting buying some foam pads to put under it. What comes with it is just a tarp. The foam puts a layer of protection between it and the ground and offers a little comfort.

i have never owned a hot tub/ spa and did not want to spend a lot of money for something that wou would not work. But for the price alo g with owning my first one, i was surprised on the performance of it. Temperature gets to 104° maximum, but that okay and able to stay in it for hour or more enjoying a glass of wine watching the stars at night. it's a good way to relax for not spending alot.

Misleading Description. More of a kids heated wad

I feel that the description of this item on the store page is pretty misleading. For starters, its listed as 6-8 people. Well let me tell you, the only way you're getting 8 people into this is if they're all standing up in it. And even then they'd be cramped. In reality you're not filling more than two adults in this unless you're comfortable being intimate with the other two. Secondly, the store page says "year round use" and "anti freeze automatic heating". Then you open the manual and on the first page it warns you not to use it in temperatures under 36 degrees. So what's the point of the anti-freeze technology? The "lockable cover" is essentially a tarp with a latch on it. No padding or insulation whatsoever. The mat is again, just a paper thin tarp. It serves zero purpose and doesn't soften the floor or protect the bottom in any way. Installation wasn't too difficult, took about 45 min. Filling it was easy. Heating it on the other hand took HOURS. Yes hours. If you think that this is a hot tub that you can turn on and jump in when you get home from work think again unless you live in a constant warm region or you turned it on hours ion advance. "Constructed from laminated PVC material, the hot tub ensures outstanding longevity and comfort" - there's no seating in this tub. there's no padding on the bottom. If you put in on your back deck then you're essentially sitting on your back deck so hopefully your deck is soft.
