I love the fact that you can feel it working immediately.. Don't like the medicated smell but the results I love. my scalp actually feels clean. nothing else cleanse my scalp and remove all the psoriasis/ tenia. I've been using this for months now, and before I had to wash my hair daily. and now I only wash once a week. I know I can probably go longer but once a week versus daily is amazing.
