- STRONGMAN TRAINING: The unique shape of the Strongman log bar allows you to test your strength and engage your leg muscles, posterior chain, back, and shoulders. Each muscle is utilized throughout the log press as the bar progresses from the ground to the overhead position in the log clean and press.
- RACKABLE SPECIALTY BAR: With a racked log bar, plate loading becomes easier, and athletes can begin their movements directly from the starting height rather than having to pick the log up off the ground.
- NEUTRAL GRIP: The neutral grip will lower the stress on your shoulders as you press, making your intensive training free of any unwanted pain or residual soreness. The grip measures 11.3" long and is 42mm in diameter. The neutral hand grips are 26" on center for a relaxed, comfortable grip.
