Comfortable and roomy. Fits more than you think. A 13” inch laptop fits in the built-in sleeve easily. If you're using your own protective sleeve, it won't fit into the backpack sleeve but will fit into the main compartment of the bag. I managed to fit in a well-padded laptop sleeve, a switch, zippered bag for my electronic wires/plugs, cosmetic bag, and travel wallet in the main compartment. Stuck a book and odds and ends into the built-in laptop sleeve. Was perfect for a single person travelling by themselves.

I bought this particular backpack because it was smaller and I planned to use it as my "personal item" in tandem with a carry on when traveling. Its size, however, belies its capacity. It's like a clown car -- you can just keep getting more in it. I took it on a recent trip and was delighted. The sleek design and more petite profile was perfect.
