Appalling customer service.

Very comfortable for desk work once it is set up, but not for those inexperienced in putting boxed items together. For the price, it should come with a miniature Phillips head screwdriver, since you have to unscrew the mechanism on the bottom of the chair to install the slider attachment, which is partially blocked by the arrangement of the seat levers. I have a small cordless screwdriver and even that was impossible to use in this area. But that's not the only reason why I gave it 3 stars. One tiny part needed to secure the chair arm was missing. No biggie, right? I called the 800 number the company lists on the directions and was shocked to discover that after waiting several minutes on hold, I then had to email my request to the woman with whom I was talking! I'm guessing she was too busy doing her nails to be bothered typing the information into her computer and sending out the part. She actually seemed amused when I questioned this multi-step silliness when I already had her on the phone. They also don't have a form on their website where you could attach an image of your receipt and just fill in the necessary information. Very shabby and unprofessional CS, making customers do their work for them.
