works very well and fast. love that i can eat the ice and it not break my teeth. downside they melt very quickly. but you can just make more from the covience at home. i would buy some cleaner for the machine. after about a month i saw yellow stains apprearing inside where water sits. of course i live in the country and the water quality is so-so. overall great buy has already paid for its self. so glad it didnt have any mechanical issues. Ive had it for about 5 months now.
