Product details
Monoprice Onix Series Cable is made from premium quality RG-6/U with double copper braid shielding to prevent signal degradation caused by EMI and RFI interference. Featuring a two gold plated RCA male connectors on each end, this cable is ideal for conducting line level RCA audio signals from a CD player, record player, or analog media device to an AV receiver or amplifier. The plastic cable jacket has been encased within braided nylon, which resists nicks and cuts without reducing cable flexibility. Additionally, the braided jacket gives a premium appearance over that of ordinary plastic jackets. The CL2 rating on this cable indicates that the jacket has been treated so that it complies with fire safety regulations, making it safe for use in or through the walls of residential class buildings. Backed by Monoprice's Lifetime Warranty, Onix Series Digital Coax Cable is the ultimate digital audio cable for home theater installations.

Tough but not so flexible premium sound
These cables are tough as nails and deliver premium sound quality. Downside to the toughness is that they are not very flexible. I do love that they have a locking feature. Overall they are exactly what they claim to be while looking and more importantly sounding great!

Great Cables at a great price. Highly Recommend!
These are by far the best RCA cables I have ever owned. I have added the Outlaw 7000X amplifier to my home theater AVR and I wanted to make sure I had quality cables installed on it so I could get the best quality sound possible. Well these did the trick. The long black hex loosens up so after installed you can tighten them when inserted. Never had this style before but they work great! Very heavy construction with mesh on the outside. This was a first for me also. Very happy with this purchase and I would highly recommend! 5 Star!

Onix rca audio interconnects
The cabling is a bit stiff but very easy to live with. The locking sleeves on the plugs make the days of cables slipping off of connectors a thing of the past. I am quite pleased with mine mechanically, esthetically, and most especially, sonically.
