WORTH IT!!!!
We live in a condo and already have two dogs. We debated purchasing it at first due to it's price but it is so worth it in the end. It allowed us to put everything cat related items in one spot instead of having it all over the place. I put a decent size litter box under it and still have space for treats, brush, cat toys etc. also, I have smaller cat water and food bowls that I put on eat tower so everything is in one place and the dogs won't have access to it. It is really the best purchase to keep everything in one organize spot and it is perfect for our space. No cat litter box in the bathroom is a big bonus 😄

I love it!
I have a very destructive naughty little bunny rabbit who ruined our other scratching post by using it as his personal potty. So, when I saw this one, I was thrilled to death. I am so happy it's fake wood that can easily be cleaned. It has surpassed my expectations. It was easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow. It did take me about three hours to put together. Both cats love it. My ten year old daughter enjoys climbing in the bottom!

Practical cat tree
Overall the cat tree house can be better and more stable but it's very practical if you like having less clutter or live in an apt with minimal space. None the less, I really like this cat tree house, its modern look, theirs no ugly cat hair everywhere. My cat enjoys the hammock, the litter box area can be messy if you have an open litter box, you need an enclosed one as advertised. As for sturdiness, it can be more stable, my cat tends to jump from the top to the hammock when he's in his frenzy and it does somewhat rock back and forth. But it's a really good investment. Maybe a little over priced but it does the job and both my cat and I are happy. I would recommend this to anyone wanting an indoor cat with the less clutter and show of a litter box.
